What should I expect for my massage?
I always recommend that my new clients come at least 15 minutes before the session for a consultation. I will greet you at the door and will lead you to the treatment room which will be sanitized in accordance with Government guidelines. We will then have a consultation and design the treatment specifically for the day. I will then leave the room for you to get changed and return to start the treatment. I always wash my hands before and after sessions.
How should I prepare for my massage?
Thai massage is performed on a comfortable floor mattress, with the client remaining fully clothed. You can wear your own comfortable clothes or I can provide traditional Thai fishermen trousers (very comfy!) but please wear your own top. For all oil treatments, please undress as much as you are comfortable with, leaving your underwear on, as I will used towels to drape over you and expose the area that I need to work on.
Please do not eat a big meal at least before 40 minutes before massage.
Please no alcohol to have been consumed prior to massage.
Please do not make an appointment if you have a cold or fever.
Please let me know if you have a history of injuries, ailments or any operations.
What happens after the massage?
I will serve you a refreshing herbal tea or glass of water and let you rest for a few minutes before your journey home.
Important!!! Please drink plenty of water to flush toxins out and re-hydrate after the massage.
